What is the check-in and check-out process?

Check-in: 4:00 PM or later

Check-out: 11:00 AM

We offer contactless check-in with a digital keypad.

You’ll receive a unique entry code before arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?

Full refund for cancellations made 14+ days before check-in.

50% refund for cancellations made 7-13 days before check-in.

No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in.

How many guests does the cabin accommodate?

The cabin comfortably sleeps up to 30 guests with the following setup:

19 Beds (1 king bed, 6 queen beds, 5 Bunk Beds)

Are pets allowed?

no pets allowed in the cabin but plenty of outside area for them to roam and be tied up

Lakes & Fishing is a short drive away for fishing.

Is there a cleaning fee?

Yes, a one-time $350 cleaning fee is applied per stay. We ask guests to:

Wash dishes or load the dishwasher before checkout.

Take out trash to the outdoor bins.

Strip used bedsheets and leave towels in the laundry room.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

2-night minimum stay on standard bookings.

3-night minimum during holidays and peak seasons

Are there any house rules?

Yes, we kindly ask all guests to follow these rules:

No smoking inside the cabin.

Quiet hours from 10 PM – 7 AM.

No unauthorized parties or events.

Please respect nature and wildlife in the area.

What should guests bring?

We provide linens, towels, basic toiletries, and kitchen essentials, but guests should bring:

Personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste)

Firewood for the fire pit

Groceries and beverages

Outdoor gear (hiking boots, fishing poles, etc.)

How much does it cost for a nightly rental.

The 1 night rental fee is $895/night with a minimum night rental requirement and a $350 Cleaning fee.
